The Issuance is an initiative of Yoko Village Zutphen B.V., the Certificates are issued for the further financing of the working capital of the Yoko Village resort at Zutphen, reported to the AFM.

Number of Certificates: 280 Certificates of € 10.000 each; Issuance costs: None;
Duration: indefinite, repurchase option expected after 3 years;
Return on investment: 13.5% per year;
280 Certificates of € 10.000 each are being issued by YokoVillage Zutphen B.V. Certificates can be acquired against an amount of € 10,000 each. On the Certificates a dividend will be payable or they can be repurchased by the company after the third year of issuance.
The Certificates have a 36 month period. The object of the Company is to raise a € 2,800,000 equity with this Issuance.

Liran comes from a strong marketing, sales and finance background. Liran described why he started YokoVillage here.
After completing his studies in accountancy and management, he gained experience in the food industry and owned a few restaurants. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a fast food chain with a turnover of more than 4 Million Euros per year. He also develops concepts for investors, as a Food & Beverage consultant. Since 2002, Nir combines entrepreneurship with spirituality. He is mainly involved in local project management and the further development of the Eco Village concept.
Ronit has over 10 years experience in real estate development via Sky Real Estate B.V. in The Netherlands. The company focuses on transformation and development projects in different Dutch cities. She has extensive knowledge in the different aspects of real estate such as asset management, project management, construction, facility management and real estate development. Her interest is in sustainable real estate and renewable energy.
